Vince Langford’s greatest supporter for all his ventures was Fran, his rock for forty years, ‘till she was taken by cancer late in 2011 .

Vince’s next venture is committed to raising money to support the battle against Cancer. 

To raise funds the hard way, in January 2013 Vince will set out from Cairo, on a journey that will end 4 months and 12,000 kilometres later in Capetown.  Along the way Vince will battle the elements, his body and his mountain bike.
